What hardness range is available?

What rubber covering materials can you supply?
Common materials include PU, silicone, natural rubber, NBR and EPDM, selected according to oil, temperature, wear and contact requirements.
Do you support old roller recovering?
Yes. If the metal core is still usable, we can strip the old layer, treat the surface, re-cover the roller and finish it by precision grinding.
How long does sampling usually take?
Sampling lead time depends on size, material, structure, mold requirement and finishing process. We confirm the schedule after technical review.
How do you control concentricity and runout?
Concentricity is controlled through metal core machining, positioning, rubber covering, vulcanization and final precision grinding.
